Fox & Rain Is Now Certified: What That Means for You

Fox & Rain is now officially certified as a Minority-Owned Business (MBE), Women-Owned Business (WBE), and Emerging Small Business (ESB) through the State of Oregon’s COBID program.

For those unfamiliar with these acronyms, here’s a quick breakdown:

  • MBE (Minority Business Enterprise): Recognizes businesses that are at least 51% minority-owned.

  • WBE (Women Business Enterprise): Recognizes businesses that are at least 51% women-owned.

  • ESB (Emerging Small Business): Supports smaller businesses that are growing and building capacity to take on larger work.

These certifications create new opportunities for collaboration with agencies and teaming partners. They can help open doors, but what sustains the relationship is the work itself: thoughtful strategy, honest partnership, and a real commitment to outcomes that matter.

If you’re bidding on work in Oregon or even just exploring how to bring in a new partner, I’d love to talk.

Let’s find a way to collaborate.
